What began with a cigar became a deep appreciation for everything behind it.

Timothy Wayne Greene founded T.W.G. Cigar Company in Fresno, California, with a simple belief: a great cigar is about more than what you smoke. It's about the craft, the people, and the moment it creates.

What started as an interest grew into a hands-on pursuit of the entire craft. Tim began learning tobacco from the seed up: Tim began growing it, curing and handling leaves, studying cigar construction, experimenting with blends, and teaching himself to hand-roll. Today, that same hands-on approach defines T.W.G. Cigar Company, the blends Tim created, and the rolling demonstrations Tim provides.

THE VISION: FROM SEED TO CIGAR

Tim's vision for T.W.G. Cigar Company is to grow his own tobacco here in California's Central Valley—and ultimately roll every T.W.G. cigar with tobacco grown from his own soil.

He doesn't want to simply make cigars. He wants to know where every leaf came from.

From planting the seed and cultivating the tobacco, to harvesting, curing, fermenting, selecting, and finally hand-rolling the finished cigar, Tim's goal is to bring the entire craft home to the Central Valley.

One day, a T.W.G. cigar won't just be hand-rolled in Fresno. Its story will begin there.

WHAT T.W.G. DOES TODAY

That vision is being built one cigar, one event, and one conversation at a time.

Today, Tim hand-rolls T.W.G. cigars using premium-sourced tobacco through reputable supply chains. Each cigar is individually handcrafted and finished by hand, with an emphasis on whole-leaf tobacco, long-filler tobacco, traditional cigar construction, and the natural character of the tobacco itself.

But T.W.G. is about more than making cigars.

Tim brings the craft directly to people through live cigar rolling demonstrations, giving guests the opportunity to watch the process, learn about tobacco and cigar construction, ask questions, and experience a cigar being made by hand right in front of them.

T.W.G. also creates custom event cigars, giving hosts the opportunity to create a cigar specifically for their occasion, complete with custom presentation and bands.
