Tim’s rolling demonstrations bring the craft of hand-rolled cigars directly to your event. Timothy Wayne Greene is an experienced torcedor, or cigar roller. He takes guests through the process from tobacco leaf to finished cigar, preparing the filler, binder, and wrapper and demonstrating the precise techniques that bring them together.
Guests don't just watch, they learn, ask questions, and experience the craft up close. Tim shares his knowledge of tobacco, cultivation, blending, cigar construction, and the hands-on techniques developed through years of working with the leaf.
It's part education, part entertainment, and entirely hands-on, a unique experience that gives guests something to gather around and talk about. Standard demonstrations last two hours. Timothy brings his own tabling and rolling supplies. He needs at least 6 feet of space and access to an electrical outlet to make it all happen.

A T.W.G. custom event cigar is created specifically for your occasion, your guests, and your story. Standard cigars start off at $22 per cigar before taxes, and can increase up to $35 per cigar when custom blends and bands become elaborate event pieces.
Whether it's a wedding, corporate gathering, birthday, private celebration, or community event, Tim works with you to create a distinctive cigar experience—from the hand-rolled cigar itself to the custom band and presentation.
Each cigar is individually hand-rolled and finished by hand, using carefully selected tobacco. Your custom band can incorporate your event name, date, logo, artwork, or personal message, turning each cigar into more than something to smoke—it becomes a personalized keepsake from the occasion.

THE STORY BEHIND T.W.G. CIGAR COMPANY
What began with a cigar became a deep appreciation for everything behind it.
Timothy Wayne Greene founded T.W.G. Cigar Company in Fresno, California, with a simple belief: a great cigar is about more than what you smoke. It's about the craft, the people, and the moment it creates.
What started as an interest grew into a hands-on pursuit of the entire craft. Tim began learning tobacco from the seed up: Tim began growing it, curing and handling leaves, studying cigar construction, experimenting with blends, and teaching himself to hand-roll. Today, that same hands-on approach defines T.W.G. Cigar Company, the blends Tim created, and the rolling demonstrations Tim provides.
THE VISION: FROM SEED TO CIGAR
Tim's vision for T.W.G. Cigar Company is to grow his own tobacco here in California's Central Valley—and ultimately roll every T.W.G. cigar with tobacco grown from his own soil.
He doesn't want to simply make cigars. He wants to know where every leaf came from.
From planting the seed and cultivating the tobacco, to harvesting, curing, fermenting, selecting, and finally hand-rolling the finished cigar, Tim's goal is to bring the entire craft home to the Central Valley.
One day, a T.W.G. cigar won't just be hand-rolled in Fresno. Its story will begin there.

That vision is being built one cigar, one event, and one conversation at a time.
Today, Tim hand-rolls T.W.G. cigars using premium-sourced tobacco through reputable supply chains. Each cigar is individually handcrafted and finished by hand, with an emphasis on whole-leaf tobacco, long-filler tobacco, traditional cigar construction, and the natural character of the tobacco itself.
But T.W.G. is about more than making cigars.
Tim brings the craft directly to people through live cigar rolling demonstrations, giving guests the opportunity to watch the process, learn about tobacco and cigar construction, ask questions, and experience a cigar being made by hand right in front of them.
T.W.G. also creates custom event cigars, giving hosts the opportunity to create a cigar specifically for their occasion, complete with custom presentation and bands.
